How to file a DMCA notice
Send an email to faheemcj87@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this website where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may not be acted on. Please note that knowingly making a false claim of infringement can lead to legal liability.
What happens next
After we receive a complete notice, we will promptly review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may forward your notice to the person who published the material.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with: your contact details, the URL where the material appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your signature. We may restore the material if the complainant does not file a court action within the period allowed by law.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
